First stage: the customer enters the maintenance center :

The work system starts from the customer’s passing through the entrance gate, where the vehicle plate number is verified and then the prior reservation to receive maintenance service is checked or not, which affects the priority of the customer in the waiting queue.

Second stage: technical examination and issuance of work order :

When the customer meets the maintenance technician, the technician examines the car and determines the appropriate services that need to be performed on the customer’s car. These services are recorded through an application with the maintenance technician with the addition of some data to issue the work order.

Third stage: the car enters the maintenance workshop :

- After issuing the maintenance order, the car key is withdrawn from the customer until it is directed to the maintenance workshop, and then the role of the system comes by organizing the role of drivers to perform this task, where the names of the drivers are entered into the system in addition to the mobile number in case of need to send a message to alert the driver in turn. .

- One or more screens will be installed and placed in the appropriate places containing the names of the drivers in the order, and the driver will be provided with an RFID card or bracelet that will be passed on the RFID reader to confirm the driver’s task to transport the car to the maintenance workshop.
