The way our solution works mainly depends on providing a number of integrated systems, whether they are mechanical equipment, electronic systems or computer software, so we will present here the work sequence of the solution with all the details.

Parking Manager & Access Control consists of the below :

A. Parking Manager Flow Config and Control :

The Parking manager Software consists of the below features :

• Solution configuration and integration between system components and devices.
• History logger of the data of the vehicles allowed to park inside the parking.
• System users management.
• Managing the roles and permissions of system users.
• System Reports.

B. Vehicles Allowance :

This part of the system is concerned with the most important part, which is identifying vehicles and deciding whether or not to allow them to enter the parking. Here is how this part of the system works.

Note : The vehicles allowed to park inside the parking are identified by pasting a Barcode TAG or Card on the front windshield of the car.

• When the vehicle comes in front of the Boom Barrier gate, the UHF Reader will read the barcode TAG or Card from a distance.
• The Control Unit performs some processing on the barcode TAG or Card and then extracts the identification number of the vehicle.
• The Control Unit sends it to the Parking Manager to search the database to verify whether this car is allowed to park inside the parking or not.
• In the event that the vehicle identification number is found inside the system, a signal will be sent from the Control Unit to the Boom Barrier gate to raise the arm to allow the vehicle to enter the parking.

C. Vehicles Counting :

Near the entrance gate, the driver of the vehicle will see a screen showing the number of vacant spaces available for each floor inside the parking, and accordingly he will decide whether to continue to enter or not, and here is how this part of the system works :

Note : The entrances to the floors inside the parking are equipped with a Loop Detector device and coil for sensing the passage of vehicles from the entrances and exits.

• When the Loop Detector device sense a passage of vehicle, a signal will be sent to the Control Unit.
• The Control Unit will recognize whether the signal is coming from a device installed on the entrance gate.
• The Control Unit sends it to the Parking Manager to count up or down the total number of vehicles for this floor of parking, also the Control Unit sends the new count of vacant spaces for each floor of the parking.

D. Vehicles History Logging :

The Parking Manager records the info of the vehicles and the date and time they enter the parking for the possibility of monitoring the parking, In addition to generates Reports of vehicles entering the parking and extract the to Excel file

E. Parking Monitoring :

> Open Area Parking Floor :

• The Parking Manager is equipped with a screen that can be seen through any computer located within the internal network of the solution.
• The screen contains the number of vehicles inside the floor and the number of vacancies.
• The number of entry and exit times for vehicles and the number of vacant places is calculated by installing the Loop Detector device at the entrance and exit of the floor of the parking.

> Zoned Area Parking Floor :

• To make each floor of the parking more organized for the possibility of accurately identifying the vacant and occupied spaces, the floor can be divided into zones and then place a sensor on top of each vehicle slot to monitor if this particular slot is occupied or not.
• For more efficient guidance for the vehicle driver, we will provide a red and green indicator light on top of each vehicle slot.
• The Parking Manager is equipped with a screen that can be seen through any computer located within the internal network of the solution.
